Backlots to Browsers

I cut my teeth in the art departments of film and TV. Watching worlds come to life from behind the scenes taught me how to build with precision, purpose, and mood. Now, I bring that same eye to the web: teaching CSS animation, translating Figma into WordPress, and shaping interactive stories with code.

theSugarStack

theSugarStack is an introduction to a larger project. It showcases the use of React for dynamic content rendering, state management, and modular component-based architecture to serve as a jumping off point to other larger projects related to Desserts. The theme of desserts around the world is what has driven my coding journey. Inspired by TasteAtlas, it has turned into something that combines real world conversations about culture, food and the commonalities in desserts across the globe.

The Story in Progress

Developer based out of Brooklyn, NY

The sets are digital now, but the instincts remain. I still frame every page with intention by shaping moments, not just modules. From WordPress builds that echo editorial layouts to React apps that map memory, culture, and ritual, I’m crafting a creative ecosystem that reflects where I’ve been and where I’m headed. Every project is a story, and the next scene’s already in motion.
